If you would like an easy way to keep informed about or participate in Water Quality activities in the Cypress Basin we encourage you to become a Stakeholder in our Clean Rivers Program. 

If you would like to sign up, go to the "Send us a Message" section at the bottom of any page, select the CRP Stakeholder sign up option under Department and send us an email.

Turtle Alert!

Have you seen these turtles? The Alligator Snapping Turtle and the Western Chicken Turtle are both species of concern in Texas. If you see either of these turtles anywhere in the East Texas area, are able to take a clear photo of them and wouldn't mind sharing,  please email them to us along with a location by clicking  HERE
