NETMWD serves as the Designated Representative to the TCEQ OSSF program for the following counties:
UPSHUR, MORRIS, MARION, CASS
If you are building a structure that will contain water using devices or are needing to repair or replace an existing septic system in these counties, you will need to submit a completed permit application and the appropriate fee to us first.
